Our stay had both highs and lows. The views were stunning and the space in the villa generous, but the overall facilities need a serious upgrade. It was quite cold inside, and the heating system didn't do much to help. Despite some enjoyable aspects, the lack of effective heating and poor internet made it a less than ideal experience.
Rooms
6.0
The villa was spacious, but the furnishings and facilities were dated. The lack of heating made the stay uncomfortable at times.
Service

The service felt a bit lackluster, as there were delays in responding to maintenance issues, which affected our overall comfort.

The resort is nestled in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, offering easy access to stunning beaches and local attractions.
Dining

While the local pub offered nice food, it would have been great to have more dining options within the resort itself.

The facilities were well-kept, but the indoor pool's cold showers were a disappointment and the internet connectivity was poor.

My family and I had a lovely gathering in a spacious apartment that was perfect for socializing. While the cleanliness and layout were appealing, we encountered some maintenance issues, and the food experience at the onsite pub was disappointing. Overall, the accommodations could use some modernization but provided a decent stay.

My stay at Plas Talgarth was quite a mixed bag. While the location is stunning and offers beautiful views, my experience with the accommodation was disappointing due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and the facilities, especially the spa, provided a relaxing escape. However, subpar service in addressing problems and the state of the rooms made my overall experience less enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at the resort, with the Mansion House offering spacious and comfy accommodations. The facilities, particularly the pool, were well-kept. However, the sofa bed in the apartment was not very comfortable, and we encountered some noise issues from other guests. Overall, it was a good experience, but some updates to the apartments would be appreciated.
